I’m encountering an issue with product variations disappearing on individual product pages. After some time (I’m not sure exactly when or why), the variations no longer appear on the product’s single page. They are displayed correctly on the Home and Shop pages, but when I open the product’s individual page, I often see only one variation or sometimes none at all. In the admin panel, the variation quantities are correctly listed, and simply pressing the “Update” button temporarily resolves the issue. This problem affects multiple products and occurs unpredictably, with no clear pattern. Please refer to the attached images in private for more details.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Please check how it works with the default WordPress theme and Woocommerce Storefront theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not. Also, please check the site with our theme but only with the theme default plugins activate, and deactivate all the 3rd party plugins from the site.

If it works fine with the default WordPress theme then provide the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    Best Regards

    Hi,

I’ve tried disabling all plugins except WooCommerce and switched to both the default and Storefront themes, but the issue still persists.

I was able to resolve the problem by clearing all transients, not just the expired ones. It seems like this might be a WooCommerce or WordPress-related issue, so I’ll be opening a support ticket with them.

    Thanks for your help.

    Hello,

You have checked with the default theme and the issue still remains. It means it is not our theme issue. Please contact the woocommerce community in this regard. They will guide you better because this functionality comes from WooCommerce.

    Best Regards.
