Site Load Slow…Excessive DOM Size

After getting an D on GT Metrix report. The reason is the Excessive DOM Size. Looking at the Support forum, others are having the same issue. But your Moderators have not replied to ANY of the posts.

Why not? We choose your theme because of the advertising you did about fast page load speeds. We are disappointed in the results. Please address the issue many of us are having.

The number of DOM elements are generated in the process of content building. All WPBakery/Elementor page builder elements are DOM elements. If you want to reduce DOM elements you will have to reduce the content: widgets, products, menu items, and others.

Well, that answer is convenient for you. You advertise your theme improves site speed, while also using WPBakery/Elementor page builders. You cannot have both according to your answer listed above. False advertising will get you band from theme selling sites.

We are not falsely advertising our theme. We have a real example of a very well-optimized website based on WoodMart and WP Bakery. And we don’t use any tricks there to make it faster. Note that website speed depends on a lot of different factors and not on the theme only.
