Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
1- Sorry to hear about the inconvenience but can you please once make sure your WoodMart theme and Core plugin is updated to the latest version and then check back the issue again on your Site. The latest version of the Theme running is 7.0.4 and the Core version running is 1.0.35. If it is not updated then you can update the Theme and Core following the Documentation Guide: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/
If the issue still persists after updating the Theme and Core plugin, then could you please once try deactivating all the third party Plugins on your Site remaining the Theme required ones activated. If the issue gets resolved, then reactivate them one by one to see which Plugin is causing the issue.
If somehow issue still persists, then please take complete Backup of your Site first, then provide us the WP-ADMIN Login details of your Site in the Private Content field along with the permission to completely debug your Site which includes deactivating all the third party Plugins and removal of on-Site Customization changes too, so that we can thoroughly check this issue on your Site and assist you accordingly.
2- Regarding the Terra Wallet concern, is it coming through a third party Plugin? If yes, then you might need to consult with the respective Plugin Support because this isn’t originally available under the Theme.
Best Regards

we need assistance now only for this issue below

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
We have added a sample Review with Image on your Site while your third party Plugins are deactivated and it worked fine no 404 page redirection: https://snipboard.io/z0pCB6.jpg
This was the Product on which we tried the Review: Eames lounge chair
So, might be one of your third party Plugins is causing the conflict in this regard.
Try reactivating them one by one to find out which is causing the conflict.
Best Regards

raaf23ParticipantHi we found that review image can upload from laptop. 404 error is only from mobile now while uploading review with image.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
So, to confirm this issue more at the Theme level we have checked our Test Site in real time Mobile view and there uploaded the Image for the Review and it was added fine. Here is the Product from the Test Site on which we tried: https://blackpearlspro.com/woodmart_support/product/test-product/
You can check yourself too on our Test Site. So, this clears the fact that it is not a Theme end issue.
It looks like there is some security system on your server that blocks some types of images from being uploaded on the frontend. Try to contact your hosting provider and ask them to check this function to see if they are blocked by the server or not.
Best Regards
