slow notifictions-send message client after purchas “password has be changed”

I have two problems with the site
First: Sending “email notifications” after purchase are very slow after the completion of the process
Second: When making the first purchase, a message is sent that the password has been changed. I do not know the reason

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
