Slow speeds

Hello, can you log in in my site and fix my site speed? I asked my server providers and they said that its theme related thing. I have installed your jewelery site and it gets maximum 30 at mobile pagespeedinsights. Fix it so it can at least get 60 or something because otherwise im going to have to ask for the money back for lying aboout the product. I have added you the logins. You can deactivate any plugin you want, install new plugins and change any setting of any part of the website, because its just a test store so far. Play with it and fix it. Thanks a lot.

I have a cache plugin and i haven’t uploaded any image or any different heavy files other than your theme so please dont assume. Help me from your side and optimize it because you showed that optimisation comes with the theme. I have a few additional plugins like wordfence and optimisation plugin but that shouldnt make a difference. Everything is default from your page template to your images and plugins you provided.

Please dont make a joke of my support request. You deactivated main plugins like woocommerce and your own plugins to make this preset page work. Leave every functionality as it is and optimise it the best way possible. How do you imagine my shop working without woocommerce?
