Tatyana197522ParticipantHello.
I have the problem with my site .
It gets slow, I’ve been reading other topics and made certain changes: among them – WPBakery Custom CSS file generator, and added the Autoptimize plug-in. But maybe something I did wrong, because when the plug-in is activated in the product images, only one image appears.
I will show you . At this point, deactivate the Autoptimize plug-in.
But with it activated the site is faster.
What do I have to correct? Can you help me ?
Thank you, TetyanaAttachments:

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
We have checked your product page but don’t see any problems there. Could you please clarify what is wrong with that?

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Check if you have a correct URL set in Dashboard -> Settings -> General. It should start with HTTPS if you are using an SSL certificate on your website. If it doesn’t help, please, provide us your admin access so we can check.
Kind Regards

Tatyana197522ParticipantHello,
can you confirm that everything is correct, please?
It is like this since the beginning of the site .
But the site has a bad position in PageSpeed Insights. I am careful with the images (they are optimized), I already installed WP Super Cache Settings and Autoptimize,
but something is not right.
Can you help me ? I send you the admin access.Attachments:

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
We have tested your website and found a few problems that you should fix first to speed up your website.
1. There are some errors loading resources on your website. Probably, they are caused by your hosting server or installed plugins. https://gyazo.com/31f374df5e444e0a6fd653c9573d87d6
2. Your home page size is 7.5MB+ which is too much. It may be due to large not optimized images, JS, CSS files, plugins, etc.
3. Turn off all third-party plugins first and optimize your website. Then, add necessary plugins one by one and check the speed accordingly.
4. Your current server response time is 2-3 seconds and it is very slow. It might be caused by a lot of different factors: slow server, plugins, etc. https://prnt.sc/11afxlb
5. Use the WP Rocket plugin to optimize your website’s JS, CSS and cache.
6. Use some CDN service like KeyCDN.
7. Replace Slider revolution on your home page with our WoodMart slider. With the Slider revolution, you will never get a high score on Google Page Speed. https://prnt.sc/11afyfn
Kind Regards

Tatyana197522ParticipantThank you,
but I disabled the Slider Revolution plugin to try it, but on the Home page the slider still appears.
Or do I have to uninstall the plugin?
after deactivating the plugins how long do you have to wait? It should be soon, right?
Does the change have to be quick?
I disabled some plugins but the site is all in the same position.Attachments:

Tatyana197522ParticipantChanges made take 5-10 min. This is normal ?
Or should the changes take place faster?April 12, 2021 at 11:10 am #281875
Artem TemosKeymasterProbably, your home page is cached somehow. You need to make sure that you clear all the cache after update.
