Social Media Icons pop up side feature

Hello,
On our website at the side area (screenshot below) there are 2 social media icons Facebook and LinkedIn and it is showing at the middle of the website as we school down, and it is stuck there. Is there a way to lower that down on the website page. Instead of having it in the middle right side, and we have it at the bottom right side? Please advise, thank you.

Yes, that is where I added the links but there is no feature to change the position on the website.
