Some problems: translation, product page

    HI.

    1. I have uploaded the Italian translations, but the theme is not completely translated into Italian
    2. I’ve hidden the metas from the product page, but they still show up

    I deactivated all the plugins and reactivated them one by one, but nothing changes

    01. Please use the Loco translate plugin on your site. After installing the plugin please Navigate to Loco >> Themes >> Woodmart >> Edit the translation which you are using for the site >> Click the Sync button >> Find the words and add the translation for them and save it.

    Also, please Navigate to Loco >> Plugins >> Woocommerce >> Edit the translation which you are using for the site >> Click the Sync button >> Find the words and add the translation for them and save it.

    02. Navigate to Layouts > Edit Single Product Layout with elementor and remove these elements.

    Hello,

    1. Can you please tell me which words are not translated on the site? I did not find any untranslated words on the site.

    2. I have found that you are using the custom layout for the SIngle Product page that is why the theme settings for the single product page is not working. The theme settings only works for the theme default layouts not for the custom layouts. If you want to delete the meta from the single product page then you have to edit the layout which you are using for the single product page and then remove it from there.

    Hello,

    It is the server cache issue, please remove and disable all sorts of cache apps from the server including the CloudFlare CDN cache then check back the site, I am sure your issue will be solved.

    Otherwise, share the FTP login details of your site.

    Hello,

    There is an issue with the 3rd party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I will check and give you a possible solution.
