globsolutParticipantHello, I have a problem with the translation into another language, specifically into Russian. My primary website language is Ukrainian and all the translations work correctly. The issues comes while trying to make a russian language version of the webiste. I have translated all the values in the .mo and .po files, the translation is displayed correctly for some words, but some blocks of text are still displayed in the default English language, although the files contain their translations.
For example, the translation of the words Category, Checkout, Subtotal is not displayed. I tried to translate them using Loco Translate, but the result is the same. On the product page, the words “Share”, “Add to wishlist” are translated, but the words “Category:”, “Add to cart” and many others remain in English, while having them translated to russian in files. There are no problems with connecting .mo and .po files, cause many other are translated correctly.
The site uses Ukrainian as the main language, and there are no problems with translations. How do we translate the problematic words?
I’m attaching screenshots of some blocks that don’t have translations and russian translations in .mo and .po files.

Hung PhamKeymasterHi globsolut,
Thanks for reaching to us.
+ In order to change / translate words. Please make sure you synced the strings first before changing / translating WooCommerce, WoodMart Core plugins and WoodMart theme. You can refer to article https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/theme-translation/
+ You are also need to select the language for the backend and theme settings for admin from the admin user profile, please edit the user’s profile and then select the language for that user it will show the same on the backend.

globsolutParticipantWebsite uses two languages: Ukrainian and Russian.
The main language of the website is Ukrainian. It is selected in the WordPress settings.Theme translations were taken here: https://xtemos.com/glotpress/projects/woodmart/ and installed correctly according to the instructions on this page – https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/theme-translation/
The Ukrainian language is working properly. The russian translation is partially working. Some words are translated, but most of them remain in English. This means that the translation file is connected correctly, because some of the words are translated and showing translation on the website.
Why do most of the translations from the file downloaded from https://xtemos.com/glotpress/projects/woodmart/ not work? How do I set up the translation?
