Spanish translation

Hello. I did some translations of certain elements with Loco Translate and I see that they were lost with some plugin, elementor or theme update.
Today I followed the instructions found in this link:
https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/theme-translation/

I uploaded the .mo and .po files, but I don’t see it working.
The search engine is still seen in English and the odd word lost somewhere.
Is there a way to translate and not lose the translations?

In order to not lose translations after updates, you need to use the “Custom” path (through the “loco” subfolder): https://take.ms/lh0Sw .
