Speed / loading problems

We experience loading bugs / problems and lack of speed. Something within the Woodmart core or theme is gaining allot of speed / loading problems. When loading the website in safari browser (chrome it works better), we get white fields and after a while everything is loaded properly. We never had this kind of problems with any theme before and it appears to only happen with Woodmart. Could you check what’s going on?

In general, our theme is already optimized and doesn’t have too many resources to make your website slow. Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images, or other resources. So we suggest you remove unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like WP Rocket. We understand it and we are working with WP Rocket on several projects. Before we do this, we want to make sure not something else is giving the problems. When we installed the demo data from https://woodmart.xtemos.com/megamarket/ it was giving problems directly. So we are wondering what is causing this, did you check the attached website I shared?

Yes, we tested this page and it works without any issues caused by the theme itself.

Okay, thanks for checking and strange that there are huge problems on the safari browser. We don’t believe it, since the theme and demo content where untouched before. We will dive deeper into it on our end and if we can’t find the problem or it costs to many hours we will work with a different theme or custom theme. Thank you!

Try to disable lazy loading in Theme Settings -> Perofmance -> Lazy loading.
