This happens all the time. When this error occurs, I look for updates, a new patch is released. It fixes itself after a while after installing the patch.

Same problem happened again. Home Page Background Covers the page by adding the logo of a product brand one after the other. It does not appear if you login to the website. You can see it if you log in to the website without login.

Try to add the following code snippet to the Custom CSS area in Theme Settings to fix this issue.
