It is also giving an error to edit the template page in Elementor.

When I click on page > Shop > Edit with Elementor, this message appears in the photo.

The default Shop page cannot be edited through the Elementor. We have our Layout builder for that purpose. Check the article below and let me know if you have additional questions.
