Thank you this worked. Can you please help with the below:
    1. Setting up banners for Blog, Return, Shop, etc and their specifications
    2. This is a virtual store and hence all product downloads are Link-based, upon ordering the Links in the order confirmation page & email are not accessible. They come in the Edit format.

    Helo,

    01. Can you please share some screenshots or examples of what you actually want, so I can further check and give you a possible solution?

    02. This is WooCommerce functionality, please follow this guide for more help:
    https://woocommerce.com/document/digital-downloadable-product-handling/

    03. Our theme is optimized for speed and should not significantly slow down your website. However, it’s possible that your website’s performance is affected by the content you have added. For instance, the use of too many plugins, large unoptimized images, or other resources can slow down your website.

We recommend that you remove any unnecessary plugins and install a JS & CSS optimization plugin such as WP Rocket. Our guide on how to optimize your website using our themes can be found here: https://xtemos.com/wordpress-performance-optimization-the-ultimate-guide-in-2021/

    Hello,

You can add banners for the Shop and Blog pages from
Theme Settings > Page Title > Page title background.

But if you want to upload a separate banner on a blog page, edit the page and in the bottom of the page settings ,upload the page title image only for the blog page: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/options-for-pages/

Regarding the “Network issue” error usually appears due to server limits or security/firewall blocks. Please try again after temporarily disabling plugins, or check with your hosting provider to confirm that outbound requests are allowed.

For the favicon issue, make sure to upload the favicon from
Appearance > Customize > Site Identity, then clear all caches (site cache, browser cache, and any optimization plugins).

After clearing cache, the correct favicon should appear.

    Best Regards,

    #699958

The page banner issues were resolved.
Could you please provide inputs on the Favicon, despite cache and selecting the icon as shown below on screenshot it fetches an incorrect icon of a product category.

Additionally, the pricing has some issues for Shop it reflects the currency accurately based on the GEO on the shop and category page, but upon visiting the individual product page it reflects the Indian currency.

    Hello,

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme issue or not?

    Hello,

Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Cart Page.

Make sure a page is selected as the Cart Page, and that page contains the [woocommerce_cart] shortcode.

If the issue remains, clear any caching plugins (LiteSpeed, WP Rocket, etc.) and clear your browser cache and check the issue.

    Best Regards,

    #700992

    Hi Team,

The page selected does not provide an option for page with the above short code. Please refer to the screenshot. Kindly note the WP rocket plugin has not been installed on the website. The currency switcher is again not performing as impacted.

    Hello,

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP login details, so I can check and give you a possible solution.

    Best Regards,

    Thank you.
Could you please support on the below issues:
    1. Favicon still reflects a different image than the logo.
    2. Page speed insights despite using WProcket is slow and you can refer to the Render blocking sections which highlights time taken due to theme CSS files https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-marketplace-socialscion-ai/k1q9j16qla?form_factor=mobile

    02. -Render blocking requests: enable this https://take.ms/BuPV8 option in Theme settings to make it better.

-LCP request discovery: Make the images lighter – (those that you use for the Slider)

-Network dependency tree: replace the fonts from Google to the local https://take.ms/o9CcC
    https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/how-to-upload-custom-fonts/

    – Use efficient cache lifetimes: You should cache immutable static assets for a long time, such as a year or longer, so you need to configure your server to return the Cache-Control HTTP response header:

    Hello

For some reason the above links show 404 error when clicked. Here is the pagespeed insights report: https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-marketplace-socialscion-ai/fyn12kft0t?form_factor=mobile

I’m looking at speed index for mobile from 6 secs to 2 secs.

Please find below response from WP rocket
    I’ve checked your website.

From what I can see on the site, you already have WP Rocket features enabled that can help your site.

However, it is important to note that you are using plugins on your site that set mandatory cookies, in your case the wcml_client_country cookie.

When a mandatory cookie is set, WP Rocket will not deliver the cached site until the cookie is set. Therefore, the first visit to the site will not be delivered from the cache, but will be delivered from the cache on the second visit, which is when the cookie is already set.

    #702757

    Hello,

The speed behavior you’re seeing is expected. Since your site sets a mandatory cookie (wcml_client_country from WPML), WP Rocket cannot serve the cached page on the first visit, which results in slower loading. From the second visit onward, the cache is used and performance improves significantly. This is not a theme-related issue but a limitation when mandatory cookies are enabled.

    Thank you.
The website has encountered an error.
    1. The shop page does not display products, but these products are available upon clicking product categories. The settings for products include Shop & search results
    2. Currency calculation is incorrect. The original price is set to $100 USD but in CA it is showing 12 368,94

    #703618

    Hello,

    01. I have checked your site, andthe products are showing fine on the shop page.

    See Screenshot for clarification: https://ibb.co/93b69PYC

    02. Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme issue or not?

    Hi
Thanks, I had mentioned the Shop issue was fixed.
However, the pricing issue is recent. It started on Monday only. Previously, with the theme it was working as expected. Unsure if there has been any update.
The product I uploaded yesterday, https://marketplace.socialscion.ai/product/valentines-day-marketing-ai-storytelling/ appears to be accurately priced. Please help

    #703720

    Hello
Here is what I noticed: after the sales ended on 5th Jan, the prices moved up to reflect the ones on screenshots. I had to manually edit the pricing for each product. Can you please help and confirm how to avoid this in future?

    #703756

    Hello,

This issue is not directly related to the Woodmart theme itself, but rather how WooCommerce or your currency/multi-currency plugin handles price conversions and sales dates.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme issue or not?

    Best Regards,
