Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
The Shop page (/shop/) is a default WooCommerce archive page, which is why it does not have the same edit screen as standard pages.
To achieve a layout similar to the website you shared and add content above or below the products, you can use the following options in WoodMart:
1. Add filters (like the reference website):
You can add filter widgets from Appearance > Widgets by placing them in the Shop page widget area.
Please follow this guide for detailed steps:
https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/widgets-and-sidebars/2. Add content above or below the products (text, banners, information):
Use the WoodMart Layout Builder. It allows you to create custom layouts for WooCommerce pages such as:
- Shop page
- Product category pages
- Single product pages
- Cart and Checkout pages
With the Layout Builder, you can add text, images, banners, or any other elements before or after the product archive.
You can learn more about the Layout Builder here:
https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/This is the recommended way to customize the Shop page design and add additional content while keeping WooCommerce functionality intact.
Best Regards,

Could you please give me reply at your free time ?
Because, we sent the questions need help on last whole week.
And it has take about 7-10 days, but, not receive any reply at all !December 23, 2025 at 9:59 am #702024
Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
I checked both sites you shared. The product filters on those shops are not from a third-party plugin — they are using WooCommerce’s default layered nav filters, styled and positioned by the Woodmart theme.
You can add filter widgets from Appearance > Widgets by placing them in the Shop page widget area.
Please follow this guide for detailed steps: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/widgets-and-sidebars/

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
I have checked your websites, and the “Widgets Blocks” you are referring to are actually product attribute filters.
In Woodmart, you can achieve the same by using the “WooCommerce Layered Nav” widget:
1. Go to Appearance > Widgets.
2. Add the “WoodMart WooCommerce Layered Nav” widget to the shop page widget area.
3. Choose the attribute you want to display: https://postimg.cc/MnywCrPV
4. Configure other settings as needed and save.Best Regards,

1. We Added the “WoodMart WooCommerce Layered Nav” widget to the shop page widget area.
And we found that, the Attribute items, only the Product Brand and some Stocks information.
And we can not change or edit the Attribute items at all.2. Please check the attached file for the Attribute items. and we added a Filter by Materials and saved.
The Filter by Materials are not showed on the side bar of the shop page at all.Attachments:

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Navigate to Products > Attributes.
Make sure Materials is created as a global attribute > Click Configure terms and add the required values.
Edit your products and ensure:
The Materials attribute is assigned to the products > The attribute is marked as “Used for variations” or at least visible.
In the WooCommerce Layered Nav widget > Select the Materials attribute and check the issue.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Try to use the Theme’s Layout Builder, you can create Custom Layouts for WooCommerce pages like Shop, Category, Single Product page, Cart, and Checkouts and for portfolio pages. You can use that to create your own custom layouts for product archive pages.
Further, you can read more about the Layout Builder here: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Do you want the top and bottom content to appear:
- only on the Shop page, or
- on all archive pages (category pages), or
- different content for Shop and Category pages?
Once I know this, I can give you exact steps in the Layout Builder to achieve it.

different content for Shop and Category pages?January 7, 2026 at 3:50 pm #703506
yaojunjie0710ParticipantHello, Aizaz
1. We want the top and bottom content to appear:
different content for Shop and Category pages.
2. The top and bottom content just appear on the top of bottom the All products position. and equal to the left filter information.January 8, 2026 at 10:45 am #703579
Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
For the shop page content, You need to create a custom layout only for the shop page. https://ibb.co/GwR8vq4
Then add your custom content in the right container above the elements like your reference site.
See Screenshot for better understanding: https://ibb.co/jvYtKt5X
And for the bottom content, you can simply add the banner and custom text in the bottom of the layout. This content will be visible only on the shop page.
For the categories pages, There are two types of descriptions you can add to product category pages in WooCommerce with the WoodMart theme:
Navigate to Products > Categories in your WordPress dashboard > Edit the category where you’d like to add the description and add your content to the “Description” field or in the extra description field. https://ibb.co/DgZSj7d
You can change the position description of the category from Theme Settings > Product Archive > Category Description Position: https://ibb.co/p1cpLK2
