sticky notification bar not showing up

Hi,
for some reason the sticky notification bar is not showing up. Only the cancel part is seen on the right corner. I checked the css by inspecting on google chrome, the background colour property is missing. I checked the colours in Theme setting in dashboard also, it is there. But it seems that it is not taking that input from there.
Also the text inside that container is not showing.
Please help

This is a bug with the latest version of the contact form 7 with our theme version 4.6.0 and fixed in the latest version of the theme.
Please update the theme to the latest version then check back.
