Strange issues with Fonts not rendering

Hi, im trying to use Assistant font on the theme.
i configure it from theme settings, clear the site cache.
on my browsers (chrome, firefox, edge) it renders well.
but from other PC’s on different networks, it doesnt and reverts back to Arial font.
We tried everything, clearing browser cache etc. Nada 🙁
What might be the issue ?

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

thanks, i went through some steps and figured the issue was when “Load Google Fonts Asynchronously ” settings is set to “on” on litespeed cache plugin.
