Subcategories editing and managing

It is not clear to me how I can edit and manage “SUBCATEGORIES”.
Can you please refer me to the documentation that does explain such a topic ?

Hi Luke,
here on the left the horizontal menu has subcategories and a sort of sub-subcategory.
From the attached picture,
Lets take the example of cooking, there are 6 groups of sub categories and inside these groups the items.
My question is how to manage the subcategory groups and its items.

Thank you for the clarifications.

These subcategories were built via HTML Blocks, so you need to go to Dashboard -> HTML Blocks -> edit the “Menu-category-2 ” block and make changes there.
