Tabs are not appearing sometimes

Hi there,

Some of our customer noticed and complaint that at the single product page the tabs aren’t apearing.

We have checked this, it is sometimes appearing and sometimes not.
When the page loads the first time it isn’t appearing, but after refresh it is appearing again.
This is mostly happening on mobile.

Please advice what to do.

Please check the issue on the real device not trying to narrow the browser and advise if you have the problem.

When you narrow the browser you need to reload the page so that the appropriate styles would get in force.

What products and what device do you use. I have checked two random products from your site on my mobile I do not see the problem.

The products doesn’t matter. I use iPhone XS.

Also I noticed the following, sometimes not always.

– product tabs not showing (as mentioned)
– hamburger menu when I click it is not opening, instead the menu icon is bit changing. The 3 equal lines change, appearing top and bottom line are equal and middle line is shorter. And it is greyed out.
– Sometimes the images (thumbnails) below the main image are not showing.

When this happens I refresh the page and everything is working again.

I really don’t know where this comes from.

I removed the custom javascript still on mobile giving the same issues. What else can we do?

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
