Tamplate is unstable

Hi, Recently i’m making changes in the theme settings for colors (primary,secondary), page title background, product page style and more. Although i can the setting has change in the theme settings, actually on site it does not change.
in addition,headers are out of proportion when scrolling down at any inner page.
It is impossible to design the site properly in this way.
I turned off all plugins not related to the theme. it’s still unstable.

Please notice, i added my admin details in private content.

Please, disable this caching mechanism first and try to customize our Theme Settings again. While your pages are in the cache, you will not see any changes.
