Template import failure

    I want to install the ‘Accessories’ template.
    Prompt “AJAX import error. Try to disable all external plugins and run the import again. If it doesn’t help, contact our support center for further assistance.” after import failure.
    I have installed only the necessary three plugins and changed the php configuration. But I still can’t import the template.

    Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
    WoodMart core
    WooCommerce
    Elementor/WPBakery page builder

    Hello,

    We just checked the import mechanism and see that your server returns a timeout error. That is why the import can’t be completed.     The import of the template was successful. But I previewed the page and there still seems to be some problems. The layout and modules in the page are not rendered as they are in the preset template.
