The “Hide ‘to’ Price” option hides the higher price using CSS, which, in the case of price modifications, can hide or distort the appearance of other additional third-party information unrelated to the lower price. By default, the product price is displayed without any text, but on your site, the price has been modified by a third-party plugin, “SUMO Subscriptions,” (screenshot https://monosnap.com/file/TwOyLQZNMw292t5nviYzyt1Jjn1mde) which has added text within it, differing from the usual price display. Since it is not feasible to account for all potential structural changes that may occur with the price, our “Hide ‘to’ Price” option cannot be adapted to your third-party “SUMO Subscriptions” plugin. The inability to use them simultaneously is also mentioned in the description of this option (screenshot https://monosnap.com/file/TGG6KxzTHnQK5FZHWkAd38sai9MtbZ), and when using plugins or custom code that modify the price, this option should be disabled.
If you specifically insist on using some custom code, we can provide custom code to show the hidden text or enable line breaks if they are missing. However, such custom code will simultaneously display the higher price, which makes using the “Hide ‘to’ Price” option redundant, as it is technically impossible to determine the entire structure of the price content. Since such potential custom code would override the option’s styles and make it ineffective, the most efficient solution would be to disable the option “Hide ‘to’ Price” without using additional code.
