    Unfortunately I have tried that and no improvements have been made. Maybe it is due to where I host my sites. The one that works properly is hosted on GoDaddy and the one I am trying to get to work is hosted with Namecheap.

    Hi, sorry for the late reply.

    If the following issue is appearing after you have switched to the default WordPress themes this means our theme is not causing this problem.

    Since hosting provider is the main difference between yours both equally configured sites, you need to try to contact your hosting support for the solution.
