the buyer email donot received email notification when sigh up or place an order

using an gmail to test order , succeessfully placed an order
but not the buyer gmail didnot received the order email

what should i do?

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes, like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront, to understand whether it’s our theme issue or not?
