The Header Builder does not work

Greetings, please help me. I just installed the Woodmart theme, however the Header Builder does not work. I have activated the Header Builder and it appears enabled, but the buttons are not visible as in the screenshot of the user manual. Maybe I should have another plugin configured? or what can I do? please help me

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and contacting us,

First of all, navigate to Appearance > Install plugins > make sure you have installed and activated all the plugins.

If it does not solve the issue please provide your admin access and FTP we shall check the settings.

Greetings, I uninstalled all the plugins and framework of the theme. When I did everything again the header builder worked. But today I import a new base design (Marketplace) and again the header builder became invisible and does not work.I have created an administrator account for you, please help me solve this problem.

Please, disable all external plugins that are not related to our theme first.
