    I’m really lost
    I’ve had the problem for half a year now, I tried turning off all the plugins, I replaced the cache plugin, and nothing helps. I have already paid a lot of money to programmers, and no one can figure out the problem
    The problem occurs on random pages, especially on the store page

    Most likely you could set different headers for the home page and the shop page. Please check this manual and then check your site: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/how-to-set-different-header-for-specific-page/

    The console records that html blocks files do not load with Ajax and this belongs directly to the template
    When a user is connected, then you see the screen with a menu. When a user is not connected, something interferes with loading the menu

    Hello,

    Try to disable the “Mobile DOM optimization (experimental)” option in Theme Settings -> Performance -> Other. Then clear the cache and test how it works.

    Yes, we see the problem on this page. But it is caused by the option we mentioned earlier. Since it is already disabled, this page is still loaded from the cache. Please, clear the cache and check how it works.

    As we can see, the shop page is still cached. When we change something on the backend, we don’t see the changes in the incognito tab. It means that you didn’t disable the cache completely. That is why you still see the error with the header too.

    The message in the console has no connection to the error at all.
    Please, check the cache first. As we mentioned, you still have the shop page cached. Have you checked this from your end?

    The header now works as expected. So the problem was related to the cache. Now you can enable it and clear all the cached files. Then test how it works.
