web-5232ParticipantHi
I followed the instructions at this link https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/theme-translation/ but the translation doesn’t work. The store is still in English while I need it in Italian.
I uploaded the files to the “languages” folder and set the language to Italian, but it doesn’t work.
What else can I do?

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Please use the Loco translate plugin on your site. After installing the plugin please Navigate to Loco >> Themes >> Woodmart >> Edit the translation which you are using for the site >> Click the Sync button >> Find the words and add the translation for them and save it.
Also, please Navigate to Loco >> Plugins >> Woocommerce >> Edit the translation which you are using for the site >> Click the Sync button >> Find the words and add the translation for them and save it.
Also, please Navigate to Loco >> Plugins >> Woodmart-Core >> Edit the translation which you are using for the site >> Click the Sync button >> Find the words and add the translation for them and save it.

Note:
1. Custom (recommended)
2. This is Loco’s protected folder under “wp-content/languages/loco/” which is safe from automatic updates and provides priority over the above locations.

If this folder doesn’t exist you may need to create it and ensure it has the correct permissions.
https://localise.biz/wordpress/plugin/manual/filesystemIf the issue still exists then please send me the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and solve the issue for you.
For more information please read the theme documentation here:

web-5232ParticipantIt still doesn’t work. Something is wrong.
For example: I want to translate the phrase “Filter by price” on the home page into Italian, or “filtra per prezzo” (image 01).If I click on Loco Loco >> Themes >> Woodmart (image 02) and there are no translations.
I click on “New language” and choose “Italian” (image 03) and 4,808 strings to translate are displayed (image 04)
If I try to search for “Filter by price” it doesn’t find it! (image 05)So I try with
Loco >> Themes >> Woodmart Child but it’s the same (image 06)
If I go to Loco >> Themes >> WooCommerce the string “Filter by price” is already translated, but the translation is not visible in the frontend of the site.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
These are the widget’s titles. You can change these words like filter by Price from Appearance >> Widgets >> Edit the Shop sidebar >> Edit the Widget >> https://ibb.co/4KvpLmr
Best Regards.
