The woodmart theme is very slowly

I installed woodmart and used elementor, as well as other plugins. After editing my page, the code for the home page reached more than 1M, while the websites of other friends of mine only required less than 100K. This makes my website very slow, and I am using a 4-core 8G CPU. It makes the CPU usage close to 100%. Is there any way you can solve it?

I’ve tried switching themes to 2021, 2023, 2024 and accessing the same product page while my plugins all remain the same, the access speed is under 3 seconds. When I switched to woodmart, the access speed dropped significantly, about 5 seconds.
