Theme is installed but incomplete

I am getting the following error messages on my theme.
30r06o3p Stylesheet is missing.
My Custom Theme Template is missing. Standalone themes need to have a templates/index.html or index.php template file. Child themes need to have a Template header in the style.css stylesheet.

Theme is already installed and website is running but i am only getting these errors. I don’t want to re-install the theme as it might impact my current pages/products. Is there a way to copy the requried files only?
