Theme translation

Hi,
i have been going thru you comments like:

+ In order to change / translate words. Please make sure you synced the strings first before changing / translating WooCommerce, WoodMart Core plugins and WoodMart theme. You can refer to article https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/theme-translation/

So, i uploaded both files, change language in profles …but whete to sync this?
The translation files shoudl be loaded in or will they be added automatically when uploaded to ftp folder?
