Theme Update Error

My developer has installed the theme and activated it however it was his license so i purchased my own license and updated the same in my backend but still it does not allow me to update the theme , it was successfully updated in the backend and i can also see in my dashboard. Please check attached and help updating it

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

Try to do the following to update the theme:

1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.

2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.

4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

i tried your solution but it didnt work , it gave me the same outcome

Dear team, I have the same error again so i first tried to remove the code from website and also removed the license from your site and now when i try to enter the license again it gives me the error that the license code is not valid , i have downloaded the license file again and there is no issue

please check the attached file with the code , please reset the code or guide me how to update my theme

Please try to activate the purchase code now. There shouldn’t be this error.
