Activate your theme license to get the automatic update, follow the instruction here: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/update-theme-2/

If it does not work,

1. Make the full backup of the site;
2. Make the backup of the Theme settings: Theme Settings > Import/Export
3. Delete the theme folder from Appearance > Theme (deactivate the theme)
4. Upload the theme zip, activate
