Thumb up / donw without Login

Hi, seems like the people need to login in order to thumb up / down a review.

I want to allow even guest user to thumb up a review.
Please tell me how to configure this.

Sorry to say but right now there is no option in Theme Settings available to achieve that. It requires Customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy scope.
