Thumbnails position not working

Hi,
I have an issue with the thumbnails on the productpage. They doesn’t show up. Also there is no option to set the thumbnails position as explained in the documentation of the Basel theme.

Please can someone help me?

Hello,

Make sure you runt the recent version of the theme and related plugins. If so, but the problem remains, deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme, switch to the parent theme, if you use the child and provide your site admin access to the private area
