translation not possible

I can’t translate my website. I uploaded the language file and watched the youtube video, I also managed to find and translate individual words but not all words were available.
when trying to syncronize with logo translate, the whole file disappeared again.

It doesn’t work, followed your instructions. I’ve had this problem for 7 days and we can’t put the page online. How can I translate the text or at least delete it?

-I deleted the website cache
– I cleared the browser cache
-deleted the child theme translation
-I created it in the parent theme
-I watched the youtube videos and looked in the forum

Please check the Theme Settings > Shop > Whislit/Compare and in addition check the Theme Settings > Login/Register.
