Translation theme in another language ?

Hi

I can read on the themeforest Woodmart page that the theme is already translated in +10 languages

so 2 questions :

1) how can i select the right language i want for a site ?

2) i want to show my site in 5 languages, how can i add a language selector what do you recommend ?
WPML ? Polylang ? Translatepress ? other ?

to be clear : theme translation means translation for backend ? or frontend too ?
