    I have a two problems:

    1. Problem with Portfolio – My portfolio is not working even though projects are added.
That’s why I created my own portfolio page, but when I save it under the portfolio link – so that it links with the navigation at the bottom of the project – my portfolio page changes to the broken one built into the theme.

How do I fix this built-in page, and ideally how do I prevent my own portfolio page from becoming the default one?

    2. I’m having trouble hiding shipping methods—configuration. There are methods online for modifying functions.php. I changed them according to the instructions, but the shipping methods aren’t hidden.

    Hello,

    01. Please follow this Guide and configure the portfolio on your site.
    https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/portfolio/

    02. Can you please share some screenshots of where you want to hide the shipping method? In the cart or checkout page?

    1. I created my own portfolio website (you have administrator access) with the appearance and name of Pages: Realizacje-2

When I link this page from Portfolio in the template settings, your template replaces my article with the default one.
I would like the navigation at the bottom of each portfolio project to point to my own article, not the default one.
However, if I don’t set my article (Projects-2) as the default in the template’s portfolio settings, it still points to the broken default portfolio view.

    2. I want to hide it both in the cart and on the order page.

How can I change this while maintaining the link in the navigation and my own article with projects in the portfolio?

    Hello,

    01. Please give me site access as an administrative role so I can check and give you a possible solution.

    02. Please add the below Custom CSS code to Theme Settings > Custom CSS > Global Custom CSS:

    .woocommerce-shipping-totals.shipping {
        display: none !important;
    }

    Hello,

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then, activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know I will further check and give you a possible solution.

How can I replace the original Portfolio category view with my own page?

So that clicking on a single project from the portfolio view—clicking Back to Portfolio—takes me to my own portfolio category view page. When I change it, it still replaces the original, damaged one after a while?

    Hello,

Navigate to Projects -> Category -> Add or remove the project category from
    https://postimg.cc/YjhKGB3m

You need to make sure your correct portfolio page is set up under -> Theme Settings -> Portfolio -> Portfolio Page. If you are using a custom portfolio page use a portfolio widget in the page to show projects.

Are you even reading what I’m writing?!
Please pay attention. You have access to the website dashboard – log in and see!

    1. I created my own portfolio category page – in the website dashboard, this is the page: Realizacje-2

    2. If I set this page (Realizacje-2) in the theme panel: Theme Settings -> Portfolio -> Portfolio Page, as a portfolio page

Then my page layout is replaced with the one that is default for woodmart as a portfolio.

    3. If I don’t set this page (Projects-2) as a Portfolio page, then the redirection to the Portfolio category view doesn’t work properly.

    Hello,

Yes, that’s expected behavior. The Portfolio Page option in the theme works like the default WordPress blog page — it automatically takes control of the layout and displays all your portfolio items.

If you design a custom page with Elementor and then assign it as the Portfolio Page in Theme Settings > Portfolio > Portfolio Page, the theme will replace your custom layout with its default one.

To display your projects while keeping your own layout, you have two options:

    Default Portfolio Layout

    • Create a blank page (no Elementor design).
    • Set that page as the Portfolio Page in the theme settings.
    • All the items you’ve created under Projects will appear automatically.
    • Keep your Elementor page as is (don’t assign it as the Portfolio Page).
    • Use a portfolio widget to display the portfolio items on your custom page.

YOU DON’T UNDERSTAND WHAT I’M WRITING.

I DON’T WANT A STANDARD PORTFOLIO PAGE – I WANT MY OWN ONE, WHICH I MADE IN ELEMENTOR. I DON’T NEED A WIDGET – I CREATED THE VIEW MANUALLY.
I have an Elementor page with projects added—no widgets—I DON’T NEED THIS.

How can I assign my Elementor page so that it displays all projects (between the next and previous projects) when clicking on them?

I DON’T WANT TO USE YOUR PORTFOLIO WIDGET!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hello,

You’ve built a fully custom Elementor page and want the single project “next/previous” navigation to link back to that page instead of the theme’s default portfolio layout.

By default, It uses the template assigned to the Portfolio Page option for that navigation.

To achieve exactly what you’re describing, you would need to:

Keep your Elementor page as your custom portfolio view (don’t set it as the “Portfolio Page” in Theme Settings).

Try to use the Theme’s Layout Builder, you can create Custom Layouts for portfolio pages. You can use that to create your own custom layouts for these pages.

Further, you can read more about the Layout Builder here: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/

The same thing again—I created my portfolio category view page, and after one day it changed back to the default view on its own!

Could you finally help me with my problem? It’s been going on for a week now!

    Hello,

Could you please share the URL of the page you created so we can check exactly where the default layout is showing instead of your custom design?

Please note that if you assign your new custom page as the “Portfolio Page” in Theme Settings, the theme will automatically apply its default portfolio layout to that page. That’s why your custom Elementor design gets replaced.

To keep your Elementor design intact, the portfolio page should not be set as the default “Portfolio Page” in Theme Settings. Instead, you can link to your custom page directly.

Once you share the URL, we’ll review and advise you on the best way to keep your custom page working as expected.

    Best Regards,
