Unable to choose color in Theme Settings

Hi,

I am unable to select the colors in the theme settings – Primary colors & secondary colors.

all the color selections are not selectable in every setting options.

pls help to resolve this ASAP.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme, switch the parent theme, and check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

if the problem remains, even after the plugins are deactivated, please, provide your site admin access to the private area.

Please confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes. Please make the full backup of your site.

Thanks for your reply.
I tried checking by deactivating some of the plugins which were recently added and tried as you suggested. But it didn’t work.

Please make the full backup of your site, update the theme and related plguins.

Then disable all excepting these ones:

Slider Revolution
Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG

It would work.
