grehgorParticipantHello,
Every attempt to save widgets ends with the error:
“Error occured. The response is not a valid JSON response. ”
Previously, there was a different theme installed on the site but I removed all plugins from the old theme.
Do you have an idea how to fix it?

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please install the free Classic widget plugin if you have not done that yet. This is a WordPress bug.
Best Regards

grehgorParticipantI still have a question about “Off canvas sidebar for mobile”
I put here a menu that links to the section (example url … / # section1
… / # section2)If you click on such a link, the “sidebar for mobile” remains open. (because we stay on the same page). Is there any way to force a shutdown?

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please do not add the menu by means of the HTML markup, you would better apply menu widgets.
Best Regards

grehgorParticipantI created a menu by adding my own links to it and added the “Main Widget Area” widget – should I do it differently?
May 11, 2022 at 4:32 am #374751
Elise NoromitMemberHello,
You can do it in both. If it works as you wish, let it be. If you want anything different let us know.
Best Regards

grehgorParticipantnow just isn’t working, see for yourself. open the page on mobile – see sidebar (not menu mobile)
Menu – PODSTAWOWA OPIEKA ZDROWOTNA is one page and the menu links to the section
Menu – PORADNIE SPECJALISTYCZNE is one page and the menu links to the section
is one page and the menu links to the section. I need it to close after clicking or to reload the page (then it will close by itself)Attachments:

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.
Best Regards

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Let us clarify:
HTML block in the Dashboard – please have a look at the screen: https://prnt.sc/8ukpas2IpNQ1 is a custom post type provided by WoodMart: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/html-blocks-usage/
HTML block widget is the widget provided by WoodMart to integrate the HTML block – custom post type into a sidebar: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/widgets-and-sidebars/
If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

grehgorParticipantI made the sidebar menu using block html – nothing has changed. If the link in the menu links to another section on the page on the same page, the sidebar does not close (on mobile devices)
Maybe you can add css to the link that will reload the page after clicking the link? Then Sidebar will close.
May 17, 2022 at 3:13 am #376348
Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Yes, that is right. The sidebar is closed when it reloads trying to go to the link you click.
If using an anchor menu as mobile, you need to enable the “Close” button in the Mobile menu element of the Header builder: https://gyazo.com/bdd1e91823cdf899eb57cce4a84437a0

grehgorParticipantHello,
I don’t think you understand where the problem is. I came up with a solution by accident, if someone has a similar problem, you can tell him or her.
I solved the problem of automatic closing of the sidebar in the case of kinki to the section by adding the% 20 sign before the #. For example, instead of: https://domena/#section1/ I used a link in the form https://domena/%20#section1/
I don’t know how much this is in line with the rules, but it works

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
We are glad you have solved the issue.
Wish you a wonderful day!
