Unsupported get request at Instagram API

    Hi,

    I suddenly got the error below at my Instagram section on my home page:

    Unsupported get request. Object with ID ‘17841406603997435’ does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permissions, or does not support this operation. Please read the Graph API documentation at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api

    The section was working fine since last week.

    Could you please have a look and give me some advice on this?

    Instagram has changed the integration process. Now only API is available. Please read and follow the instruction to configure the Instagram: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/setup-instagram-api/

    Hello Elise,

    I am already aware of this and I have followed your instruction to configure the Instagram via API. The section was appearing normally since last week, please check my attached screenshot to validate that I have already set it up correctly. However I still get the mentioned error on my front end.

    Hello Elise,

    On the step that it asks “Select your facebook account:”, it appears only one of my business pages and not the desired one that I wish to connect. Why does this happen even if I connect with my FB account?

    In addition to my previous reply, even if I don’t connect now the Instagram account “Webfish”, it keeps appearing now Instagram Feed from Webfish Instagram profile.
