when i import i still cant see the template on the shop

I installed the base version and the demo version, then i tried to install the additional pages for the shop page and it says its done but its but it doesnt shows on the shop page

Have you installed and launched the start wizard of Woocommerce? If you have not, delete the manually created shop page and start the wizard. https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-setup-wizard/

Yes, I have it installed I just checked and tried to apply the additional page template to “our shop” and its just a blank page. Can I apply it to the “shop” page?

What do you mean saying ” apply the additional page template to “our shop” ?”

The Woocommerce shop page is the functional page and you should not apply any templates. Please describe in step by step actions that you do and what you expect to get.
