Greetings from Versedsoft Ltd.
We are currently facing several critical issues with the WoodMart – Multipurpose WooCommerce Theme purchased from Envato Market/XTemos. We have successfully completed the setup of the WoodMart Vegetarian Grocery Theme. After the setup, we customized the Mega Menu according to our requirements by organizing categories, menus, sub-menus, and product types. We also added multiple products successfully.
However, we are now experiencing the following issues:
1. Although the products are displaying properly on the desktop version, they are not opening or displaying correctly on the ‘mobile version’ when users click on products from the mobile device menu or from any other section of the mobile version. We have tested this issue on multiple mobile devices and confirmed that the same problem persists everywhere. Also display on mobile Categories & Menu are looks same. That means product Category, Sub Category, and product name everything is same. see the screenshot.
2. Additionally, when visiting the website from a mobile device, the text “Home Vegetables” appears alongside the URL. We would like to replace this text with our company name or slogan.
3. We would also like to add another option called “WhatsApp” with an icon in the bottom mobile menu bar. Please confirm this customization and assist us in implementing it.

We have already tried several troubleshooting methods from our side, but unfortunately, we have not been able to resolve these issues. Over the past few days, a significant amount of our time has been wasted due to these problems. Moreover, our client has started questioning our professionalism, which has put us in a very uncomfortable situation.
Therefore, we kindly request you to resolve these issues within the next 2 hours on an urgent basis. We also request you to review and fix any other existing issues related to the Mobile Menu options as quickly as possible.

01. Try to disable the maintenance mode in WooCommerce Settings > Site visibility > Select the live option, and check the issue.

If it is already correct, then please check the Homepage title because mobile browsers may display the homepage title instead.

2. Even after applying the settings as you suggested earlier, the text “Home Vegetables” is still showing next to the URL at the top on mobile devices. I have just shared screenshots of Dashboard > Settings > General and the mobile view with you. Please check and fix this issue. Also, set the Site Title as “Faith eShop” and the Tagline as “Your Believe, Our Service”. See screenshot(s).

1. Category and Subcategory Product Display Issue:
When users navigate from the menu to a category or subcategory, all products assigned to that category should be displayed. However, this is not working consistently.In some categories, all products are displayed correctly, while in others, products do not appear at all. In certain cases, products are visible only when accessing a subcategory.
Please investigate and fix this issue.

In the “Popular Categories” section of the homepage, I would like to display 4 subcategories/products from each category.Please let me know where this setting can be configured so that we can increase or decrease the number in the future without developer assistance.
5. Homepage Category Product Display Issue:

I have attached a screenshot for reference. If necessary, you may check the Elementor homepage settings to identify the problem.
7. Shop Page Layout Issue:
When users click on “All Products” from the homepage product category section, they are redirected to:

Ideally, the page should either:
– Display all products immediately, or
– Display the main product categories first and then show all products.Please fix the shop page layout and product display structure.
8. Brand Management:
We would like to remove all default/demo brands provided by the theme and keep only our own brands.Please advise how to manage this or configure it for us.
9. Remove Demo Content References:
We do not want to see demo labels or placeholder content such as:
-Home Vegetables
-Header Vegetables
-Footer Vegetablesor any similar demo terminology anywhere within the website.
Whenever I attempt to change the word ‘Vegetables’, other items in the same section, including ‘Store Locations’ and the phone number (+8801723821464), are no longer displayed. Please identify the cause of this issue and ensure that the text can be edited without impacting the visibility of the remaining content.
These labels are confusing for our employees and should be removed completely. And these options should allow us to customize them as we see fit. See SS.
10. Footer Text Positioning Issue:
The text:
“Online Sports Nutrition and Natural Dietetics”appears correctly on the homepage.
However, on inner pages, the text shifts into the footer section and appears misaligned.
Please fix this issue so that it displays consistently across all pages, exactly as it does on the homepage.
11. Site Title Issue:
After applying the settings as you suggested earlier, the text “Home Vegetables” is still showing next to the URL at the top on mobile devices. I have just shared screenshots of Dashboard > Settings > General and the mobile view with you. Please check and fix this issue. Also, set the Site Title as “Faith eShop” and the Tagline as “Your Believe, Our Service”. See screenshot(s).12. General Theme Stability Issues:
Many theme options and settings do not function properly. In many cases, we must repeatedly reload pages before changes appear or settings work correctly.Because of these recurring issues, it is difficult to report every problem individually.
Frankly, if a premium theme contains this many bugs and inconsistencies, it raises concerns about its reliability. In such a situation, building a custom website through our own developer may be a better long-term solution than continuing to invest time troubleshooting the theme.
As the theme authority has granted us only a 7-day support window to identify and resolve all bugs and technical issues, we kindly request that you address the issues outlined above and provide us with an update within the next 24 hours.
Please note that there are additional issues that have not yet been reported. After reviewing the fixes for the current issues, we will share any remaining concerns that require further attention and resolution.

For the Text color, you can change the font by means of the Advanced typography option, which allows you to choose the item from a drop-down or insert your Custom CSS class. Please navigate to the Theme Settings > Typography > Advanced Typography.

03. WoodMart does not include dedicated Bengali fonts by default. However, you can easily improve the appearance of Bengali text by loading a Bengali Unicode font.
For example, you can use fonts such as Noto Sans Bengali, Noto Serif Bengali, or another Bengali-compatible font of your choice.

07. I have checked your site and found that the Shop page is using a custom layout, and at the same time, WooCommerce is set to display categories + products in:
Appearance > Customize > Product Catalog
This is causing the layout conflict.
Please use only one setup:
– If you are using a custom layout > set Shop display to Products only
– Or disable the custom layout and use WooCommerce default settingsAfter this, the Shop page will display correctly.
08. Navigate to Products > Brand and remove brands which you do not want.

Please update them from:– Pages > Edit Home Page (change page title)

10. I have checked your site and have not seen this text in the footer area.
11. Please change the page title in Pages > Home Page and set Site Title/Tagline in Appearance > Customize > Site Identity. After updating, clear the cache and check again.
12. We understand your concern. In most cases, this behavior is caused by cache, optimization plugins, or third-party conflicts rather than a theme issue.

The issue mentioned in Point #1 still exists. The theme is already updated. If this problem is related to the theme update, please investigate it properly, update any necessary components, theme and fix the issue.2. Issue 2
I have followed the steps you suggested for Point #2, but whenever I try to change the color, the website layout breaks. Please fix this issue. My preferred color code is: rgb(4,100,102)3. Issue 3
The issue mentioned in Point #3 also remains unresolved. Currently, only two Bangla fonts are available, and changing the font does not have any effect. Please add more Bangla fonts and ensure that font changes work properly.4. Issue 4
The issue mentioned in Point #4 still exists. I had already configured the settings as you suggested. However, according to my requirement, each of the current 4 categories should display 4 individual sub-products (single products) from that category. Please configure this section accordingly.8. Issue 8 – Brand Management
I have removed the default brands from Brand Management. However, a new issue has appeared. Previously, brand names were displayed below the “Filter by Price” section on all category pages, and users could filter products by brand. Now, the brand names are no longer visible, and brand filtering is not working.Brand names do not appear on product/category pages. Please fix this issue. Kindly refer to the screenshot.
9. Issue 9
The issue mentioned in Point #9 is also still unresolved. I had already configured it as you suggested. However, whenever I change the names of “Home Vegetables”, “Header Vegetables”, or “Footer Vegetables”, the section stops working correctly.If I replace the word “Vegetables” with any other text, the system displays the message: “Wrong menu selected.”
Please configure this section according to my original requirement. Kindly refer to the screenshot.

13. Blog Page Issue
Where is the Blog page located?When I publish a test blog post, it does not appear anywhere on the website. Please identify where blog posts should be displayed and fix the issue.
Additionally, the following test page returns a ‘404 error’.

01. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then, activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I will check and give you a possible solution.
02. I have changed the primary color on your site from Theme Settings > Styles and Colors > Colors > Primary color and it is working fine. Please check back your site and check the issue.
03. At the moment, WoodMart uses the default system / theme typography settings, and Bengali text is rendered using the currently assigned global font. The theme does not include a separate built-in Bengali font pack.
To achieve a more professional Bengali typography across your entire website, you can use a custom Bengali Unicode font instead of the default system font.
Please follow the official guide to upload and apply a custom font in WoodMart:

Right now, that element is designed to display categories, not to automatically pull and show multiple products per category inside each item.
To show 4 products from each category, please use the WoodMart Products grid or carousel widget instead and set the query to Product Categories.
08. Your issue has been resolved. Navigate to Appearance > Widgets > Add the WoodMart WooCommerce Layered Nav widget in the shop page widget area, choose the product brand.
09. I have checked your site and the vegetable name is already hidden from the home page and header builder, So now i have removed it from the footer too and it is working fine. Please check back your site and check the issue.

I am extremely frustrated with this experience. I genuinely do not understand why a theme with so many issues is being sold in its current state.At every stage of the setup process, I am facing new problems and spending an excessive amount of time trying to resolve them. The amount of time I have already invested in troubleshooting this theme would have been enough to develop a complete eCommerce website from scratch. Frankly, I am concerned about what other complications may be waiting ahead.
I have carefully followed the guides and documentation provided on XTEMOS, yet I am still unable to get the slider working properly. Why has such a basic feature been made so complicated? Simplicity and usability are what make a product great—not unnecessary complexity.
At the moment, I cannot even add a slider successfully. If something as fundamental as adding a slider requires this much effort, troubleshooting, and technical complexity, how can business owners be expected to use this WooCommerce theme efficiently for their online stores?
I would appreciate it if your team could investigate this issue directly and provide a proper solution. The ongoing problems are causing significant delays and making the development process far more difficult than it should be.

02. Everything is working fine on your site, For changing the menu color, Navigate to WoodMart > Header builder > Edit current > Edit menu widget and in the style tab change the color.

Regarding the button color, navigate to Theme Settings > Styles and Colors > Buttons > Change Accent buttons background color.

Regarding the discount badge color, it has already changed. If you want to change, you can change from Theme Settings > Shop > Products Labels > “Sale” label background.
13. Blog posts in WordPress are normally displayed on the Blog / Posts page that is assigned in:
Dashboard > Settings > Reading > “Posts page”.
I have set up the blog post on your site, and the posts are showing in the blog page:

14. You are using a Custom Single Product layout, which is built with the WoodMart WooCommerce builder.
Navigate to Layouts > edit the Single product layout and add the social buttons widget to show this.

15. This custom text is added via the layouts on product archive pages. Navigate to Layouts > Edit the “Shop archive layout Vegetables” layout with Elementor, and change this text

Note: I understand your frustration, however I would like to clarify that there is no issue with the theme itself.
WoodMart is a feature-rich theme, and each demo element (slider, layouts, headers, etc.) needs to be properly configured after import based on your requirements.

At the moment, I cannot even add a slider successfully. If something as fundamental as adding a slider requires this much effort, troubleshooting, and technical complexity, how can business owners be expected to use this WooCommerce theme efficiently for their online stores?

I’m not sure how the special characters and spaces ended up in the blog section URLs. I’m also unable to find where to edit or change them from any of the blog settings.Please fix the 404 error.
You can also create a test blog post. If you think it’s necessary, please delete the existing blog posts so that I can start fresh and add new content myself. From my experience managing other WordPress websites, I’ll be able to organize and fix the blog categories afterward.

18. Slider Issue
You may think that I am simply being reluctant to do this myself, but that is not the case.
There is genuinely an issue with this section of the theme. I have been providing WordPress support for clients for many years, but I have never encountered this level of complexity before. The references (https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/how-to-create-a-slider/) and instructions (https://tinyurl.com/y3uuuzr5) you provided do not seem to match the actual setup of the website.
For example, even in the “Vegetables Slide 4” screenshot, I cannot find any option to edit or correct the permalink.
Not only that, but the same permalink issue is also appearing in the blog posts. As a result, the blog post URLs are returning a 404 Not Found error.
