URL Parameter to Filter New Products

Hello guys,
If I want to filter on product archive page only the new products (that have the “new” badge).
Is it possible to use URL parameter for this?

I cannot find the answer in the documentation.
Can you please point me to the right place?
I want to filter “NEW” and “HOT” product using URL parameters like this for sale products “www.domain.com/shop/?stock_status=onsale”.
Is it even possible?
