variable product

I would like to know if it is possible with the theme to have on variable products: boxes to be filled in based on input <> instead of a drop-down menu. .

The dropdown for the swatches, you can disable via Products -> Attributes -> for each attribute enable the “Text swatch” option.

I probably misspoke, the idea is to know if with the theme, we can have instead of a drop-down on the variable products boxes on which the customer informs the dimensions
example box height 600
example box width 1200

Sorry to say but right now there is no option in Theme Settings available for that. It requires Customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy scope. Hope you can understand our limitations.
