Variable product image display problem

Example: Variable Product A with Size 3oz and 6oz. 3oz image for the 3oz product and 6oz image for the 6oz product. 3oz image as the Product Image while 6oz image as the Product Gallery.

Situation: When I chose 3oz, it shows 3oz image, but still, I can scroll to watch the 6oz image. When I chose 6oz, it shows 6oz image, however, I cannot scroll to watch the 3oz image. Even if I scroll to the 3oz image, it’s still showing the 6oz image.

Sorry to hear about the inconvenience but can you please once make sure your WoodMart theme and Core plugin is updated to the latest version and then check back the issue again on your Site? The latest version of the Theme running is 7.1.4 and the Core version running is 1.0.36. If it is not updated then you can update the Theme and Core following the Documentation Guide: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/

If the issue still persists after updating the Theme and Core plugin, then could you please once try deactivating all the third-party Plugins on your Site, remaining the Theme required ones activated? If the issue gets resolved, then reactivate them one by one to see which Plugin is causing the issue. If this doesn’t work for you then once also, try to activate the Parent Theme on your Site if you are using Child Theme on your Site.

If somehow the issue still persists, then please take a complete Backup of your Site first, then provide us the WP-ADMIN Login details of your Site in the Private Content field along with the permission to completely debug your Site which includes deactivating all the third-party Plugins and removal of on-Site Customization changes too, so that we can thoroughly check this issue on your Site and assist you accordingly.

I have updated the theme and woodmart core plugin. -> Problem remains.

My goal:
When I chose 4公斤(btw, 公斤 means kg), I see the 4kg image at first, but still be able to switch to see the 11.33kg image. <- This one is fine.

At the same time,
when I chose 11.33kg, I see the 11.33kg image at first, <- This one is still fine.
but still be able to switch to see the 4kg image. <- This one is not. This is the problem I hope to solve.

Generally, for the Variable Products all the Images are shown in the Product Thumbnail Gallery and when you choose any Variation then the accordingly selected Variant image is shown. This is how the default functionality regarding the Variable Product works.

Now, if you want to show only selected Variant Image when you choose any Variation then try to use the Additional Variation Image option under the Theme which we have now enabled: https://snipboard.io/fi8TOB.jpg

It can be found under the Dashboard > Theme Settings > Shop > Variable Products > Variation Images > there you can find the option.

Now, after enabling the option you can go to Edit the Product > under that go to the Variations edit area > there upload the additional images for the specific Variations and when you choose those Variations, it will only show that specific selected Variant Images: https://snipboard.io/bjaRKe.jpg
