Visitor counter not working

    Hello guys.

    As i have your theme on my first shop, i was very happy with it, I bought it for second shop too.
    However, here I have one minor issue – the Visitor counter on product page is not showing properly. I attached a pic of actual way this plugin works. The text is missing.
    I am also leaving login details, in case you wanna check.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know, so I can check and give you a possible solution.

    I found the plugin that interacts with this feature of your theme – I need my shop to run in a different language than English (Romanian) so I used Loco translate plugin. Seems that this is not compatible.

    Do you have any solution to this ?

    Hello,

    Loco Translate itself is compatible with the theme. Most likely, the issue is caused by an incomplete or incorrect translation string for the visitor counter text.

    Please check the translated strings for the visitor counter text in > Loco Translate > Themes > WoodMart.

    Try temporarily switching the translation back to the default English string and check the result.

    Hello,

    You are right, seems that Romanian is 42% … of something.
    However, I cant se any way to complete this “loading”, or whatever it is.
    Any idea?

    Is not working as the language is already there with about 30% progress.
    I should delete? and restart process from your link ?

    Hello,

    Your issue has been solved. Please check the translation now after removing the browser cache. I have deleted one of the translation files. Duplicate translation files are conflicting with each other. https://ibb.co/ymYjwH1b Also, the counter text is visisble now.
