    HI Support,

    my website is seizo.co. when I first made it I did it in newseizo.seizo.co. now I only have it on seizo.co. but it is giving me a database problem apparently there is a script of the template or a plugin(i only have your plugins) that is opening a task but never close it, it ended up crashing all the website. Under my account i can’t add seizo.co as supported website, please help me out with this.

    I had been going in circles with my hosting provider for almost a month looking what could it be but the webside works for a limited time and then crash with ERROR 504 – GATEWAY TIMEOUT, or that the user of the database already has the max of entries. this started after I disable newseizo.seizo.co

    Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
