In your themeforest account you have shown that your themes is 100% optimized for google speed. but currently my website mobile score is 19 and desktop score is 58
which is very lower. how Can I increase the speed

In general, our theme is already optimized and doesn’t have too many resources to make your website slow. Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images, or other resources. So we suggest you remove unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like WP Rocket. Indeed, the plugins load unnecessary lines of code, loading the DOM Document Object Model, if you must have 1500 to 1800 lines of code, the plugins load a lot of css & js, with the builder type elementor or guttenberg for example this increases ….

There is a good Asset Clean Up plugin allowing you to create a scenario and remove elements per page;
For example: the contact form, you just put it on this page and remove it (the lines of code) on the others..

This reduces the intrinsic load.

You can also reduce the layout blocks, avoid carousel and parralax type animations, the revolution slider and company plugins are very energy-intensive..
