What caused subcategory to start showing in single product page?

Single product page showing main menu categories in the product details part, it’s not supposed to be there at all. What caused this and how to fix?

If you want to remove the product categories menu from the header you need to use the custom header for the products pages.

No I meant this image, it was previously suddenly showing above add to cart. What caused this to happen?
