When I try to edit a post I get to Gutenberg editing mode which is the way it works by default.

If you want to see the classic WordPress editor, you can install the Classic editor plugin. It is free. WoodMart theme does not influence this flow.

Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.
